Your shifts, hours, hourly rates and jobs stay on your phone. They are sent to nobody, ourselves included. The app requires no account.

Job names, hourly rates, overtime thresholds, shift types, planned shifts, clocked or manually entered hours, breaks, notes, and your preferences (week start, time format, currency, reminders). This data is stored only in your device's memory. It is not sent to a server, not backed up by us, and is lost if you uninstall the app — make a full backup from Hours → Export first.
When you export a timesheet (PDF, CSV), a calendar (ICS) or a backup, the file is created on your device and you choose, through the system share sheet, where it goes (e-mail, messaging, storage). We receive no copy.
Shift reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. No server is involved. You can turn them off in the app's settings or in your phone's settings.
The app is free and funded by advertising served by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure these ads, Google may collect and process:
This data is not linked to your identity, and your hours, shifts and rates are never shared with an advertiser. Details are described in Google's privacy policy. Pro subscribers see no ads.
On first launch, a GDPR-compliant message asks whether you accept personalised advertising. You may refuse: the app remains fully usable and ads are then non-personalised. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Ad preferences. On iOS, a second prompt — Apple's own — lets you decline tracking.
The Pro subscription and the lifetime purchase are handled by the App Store or Google Play. We never see or store any payment details. The store tells us only whether the purchase or subscription is active.
Since we collect no personal data, there is nothing held by us to access, correct or delete: you keep full control of your data inside the app, and uninstalling erases everything. For data processed by Google for advertising purposes, exercise your rights with Google, or decline personalised advertising in the app's settings. Any question: support@prohabitatdeals.com.
