App "Shift Pro" — last updated 23 September 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the "Shift Pro" app, published by Aissa Aissaoui (Vivaxi Labs). By installing the app, you accept them.

2. What the app does, and what it does not

The app helps you plan your shifts, record your working hours, compute overtime according to the thresholds you set, and estimate your pay from the rates you enter.

It does not replace your pay stub. The amounts shown are estimates based on your own entries: they ignore taxes, deductions, bonuses, collective agreements and any rule specific to your employer or your country. They are not legal or employment advice and are not a document enforceable against an employer. You remain solely responsible for checking your hours and pay with your employer.

3. Your data

Your shifts, hours and rates are stored on your device only. Backing them up is your responsibility: use the full backup (Hours → Export) or the PDF/CSV export regularly. Uninstalling the app permanently erases the data. See the privacy policy.

4. Free version, Pro subscription and lifetime purchase

The shift calendar, clocking and hour entry are free and unlimited. The free version shows advertising and applies a quota to some features, including one free PDF export per period and the pay breakdown.

Pro comes in three options: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription preceded by a one-month free trial, and a one-time "lifetime" purchase that permanently unlocks every feature with no subscription. Prices shown in the app are those of your App Store or Google Play account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account when the purchase is confirmed.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel them at any time in your account settings on the relevant store.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you subscribe before it ends.
• The lifetime purchase is tied to your store account and can be restored on your other devices via Settings → Restore purchases.

5. Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob, as banners, interstitials, ads when returning from the background, and optional videos that unlock a feature. Videos are never forced: you choose to watch them.

6. Reminders

Shift reminders are a convenience. They depend on your phone's settings and may not be delivered (battery saver, notifications off). Do not rely on them alone for an important shift.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for data loss, financial loss, a dispute with an employer, a missed shift or a mis-estimated amount resulting from use of the app, a lack of backup or unavailability. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its code and its content remain the property of the publisher. Your data belongs to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.
